+Yamin Siddiqui Hello! This is our decorated model in the community. Our models are generally only sold after the available homesites and homes in the community are sold. It is possible that some of the furniture in the model can be sold with the furnished model (when it is put up for sale), but the rest of our homes would not have any furniture in them. Does that help?

+YakMan NC Hi! That is a great question! :) We are currently building in Mooresville at Curtis Pond and on the other side of the lake in Denver at Covington at Lake Norman. I do not know of any plans at this time in Cornelius but I will definitely mention to our land developer that we need to be there too! That is a great location. +Eastwood Homes - Charlotte, NC I've been to those communities nice plans. ut out of the way for us. Prefer Cornelius and Davidson areas. M/I Homes and Chesmar are building very nice plans there now. Matter of fact my cousin recently closed an Eastwood Home somewhere near Westinghouse blvd.

One of the reasons are homebuyers are so happy with us as their builder is that we offer them an award-winning design center so they can choose the options they prefer, whether it be chrome or oiled rubbed bronze finishes for example. Let us know if we can give you a tour of our homes or our design center sometime!

Joshua Parrott Sorry Joshua, there is nothing you could show me about Cookie Cutter, Garage Homes with their MDF Moldings that would impress me. I just think they are poor designs in these developments they build in this area. That is why areas like Dilworth appreciate in their values because developers have not been able to ruin that area and the rest is creeping along. When will you learn that this type of housing developments are not increasing the value of the area. Pay attention to what the desires of Americans are buying beyond Charlotte and then I will be impressed. I'll give you two things that if you did that would impress me, just to name a few: Garage in the back of the home, and build a huge front porch. That's just two items that no one builds in Charlotte anymore. You can only find those in old classic homes of Charlotte; aka Dilworth, Plaza Midwood.
